My Services:

My online packages support small business owners with administrative tasks, including email management, calendar and appointment booking, data entry and social media management. Choose from four packages on our services page or request a personalised option tailored to your business. Each package is valid for 6 months from the date of confirmation.

Payment Conditions:

Please book a free consultation with me, Nyabie, before selecting a package. We will discuss your ideal package and the administrative tasks you need support with. After the consultation, you can book a package on my website. Your total payment will include a 20% booking fee, payable within 14 days of completing all administrative procedures. If you do not make your payment within two weeks, you’ll get three reminders. After sending three reminders, any outstanding invoices will be sent to a debt collection agency.

Confidentiality Agreement:

Your sensitive information—including business details, client names, passwords, email addresses and other confidential data shared with me (Nyabie)—will remain strictly confidential and will not be shared with third parties. I will obtain your written consent before using your business name for social media promotion and content. For your assurance, my business is fully insured with AAMI Business Insurance.

Intellectual Property Rights:

All emails, social media posts and Canva designs created under our contract are your property. I will get your written consent before using your business name, service reviews, or any Canva designs on my social media.

Refund Policy:

Our consultation session is free. You must pay 20% of the selected service package. If you decide to cancel after signing the contract and making a payment, you will receive an 80% refund if you give at least one week's notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice are non-refundable. This policy complies with Australian Consumer Law.

Termination of Services:

I offer a free initial consultation to discuss your ideal package, payment terms, expectations, timeline and any questions you may have. If you decide to proceed, please book a package on our website within 24 hours. After booking, I will send a contract that must be signed before I begin any administrative tasks. If you choose not to proceed after the consultation, no fees will apply. However, if you select a package, sign the contract, and then terminate services within 24 hours before the start date, no refund will be provided.

At Essence Virtual Assistant, we respect all backgrounds, genders, religions, sexual identities, abilities, cultures and treat everyone equally. Offensive or insensitive language toward me or others will result in the termination of communication and services.
